Information & Registration Form
Age groups: 10 & under, 11-17 and 18 & up (Adult).
18 & up: $5.00 registration fee (includes first entry for one category) + $2 per additional entry.
Under 18: FREE (Limit 2 entries per category)
Artwork Protection/Requirements:
For paper and photo artwork, we recommend that a hard backing be inserted and sealed along with your artwork inside clear plastic to better protect your artwork during the Art Show. If your artwork’s dimensions are larger than 11×14, we require that you provide your own easel.
Check In:
Artwork must be submitted by 4pm on Thursday, June 13th.
You will be provided with registration numbers for each art piece. PLEASE KEEP THESE ON HAND!
Judging:
Judging will take place Friday at 4PM. Prizes will be awarded at the Art Show on Saturday at 3:00 PM.
Art Show:
The Art Show will be available to view on Saturday, June 15th from 10AM-4PM. Categories:
Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded at the Art Show on Saturday, June 15th at 3PM. All participants will receive a gift. You do not have to be present to receive your prizes. These can be picked up at City Hall the following week.
Check Out:
Artwork can be retrieved at the conclusion of the Art Show on Saturday between 3PM-4PM. You will be required to check-out by verifying your registration number(s) for your art pieces BEFORE we release artwork and prizes to anyone.
If you fail to pick up your artwork the day of the event, they will be brought back to City Hall to pick up the following week.
Sales:
If artwork is available for purchase, please provide a valid contact number or business card that we can display with your artwork for interested parties. The City of Antlers and its volunteers will not be responsible for conducting any sales. If you sell an artwork during the Art Show, we ask that you wait until the Art Show has concluded to check-out your artwork. We will only release artwork to the individuals who are named on the registration form. NO ACCEPTIONS!
